CIRPROTEC, S.L.U. (hereinafter "CPT") is the owner of the nimbus® project designer website located at https://nimbus.cirprotec.com (hereinafter “web application"): a web application for creating lightning protection projects using ESE lightning rods.
The nimbus® project designer web application enables users who have registered (name, surname, email and country) to design lightning protection projects: it imports plans, calculates risks, indicates the best placement for the lightning rods (manually/automatically), generates the bill of materials for the installation and creates the project report.
CPT has its registered office at C/ Lepanto, No. 49, postal code 08223, in the city of Terrassa in the province of Barcelona and is registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, Volume 26258, Folio 0119, Sheet 105344, Entry 1, with CIF number B-60451499.
Use of the web application implies unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the conditions contained in this Legal Notice.
CPT may modify the legal conditions without prior notice to users in order to improve the services offered through CPT. Modification of the legal conditions set out in the web application will be deemed to fulfil the obligation of notification. In any case, before using the services, the legal requirements can be consulted.
The terms of this Legal Notice apply to all users of the web application, all of whom shall use the services of the web application in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of this Legal Notice as well as according to the instructions of each service.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent obtained from the user of the file. Therefore CPT, S.L.U. requests your consent to process your data to manage access to the web application and sign the project report.

For the settlement of any disputes that may arise, the user and CPT expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might be applicable.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this legal information is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be void, but this finding does not limit the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in this legal information in that or any other jurisdiction.
